Fundación Real Madrid
Founded in 1997, Fundación Real Madrid brings the club’s social, cultural and sporting values into programs that serve communities around the world.
The Foundation develops social and educational projects based on nine key values: leadership, self-control, humility, fellowship, effort, teamwork, respect, tolerance and solidarity.
These values are integrated into the soccer camp environment so players can learn through sport while developing as teammates and individuals.
Program organization
Kaptiva Sports
Kaptiva Sports is a global sports management organization that designs, manages and delivers soccer programs and sporting experiences.
As an official partner of Fundación Real Madrid in the United States and Canada, Kaptiva Sports coordinates the camps and works with Fundación Real Madrid coaches to deliver the program to participating players and families.
Its role includes planning, registration, local operations and communication throughout the camp experience.
